Cleaning removes dirt and deposits; painting adds a new finish to suitable roofing. We inspect the tiles or metal, existing paint, damage and drainage before recommending either job. A fresh coat of paint does not show that a leak has been repaired. Cleaning and painting can be arranged separately.

Inspect the roofing and existing coating and identify repairs needed before cleaning or painting.
We clean the roof before spray painting. Agree the preparation, suitable products, safe access and protection of nearby areas.
Check the agreed areas and drainage after the work. Confirm product information, any work not included and applicable written terms.
