Roof cleaning
We clean tile and metal roofs in Perth, checking roofing, old coatings and drainage before agreeing the method. Painting is a separate service.
Cleaning dirt and debris from the roof
Cleaning removes dirt, deposits and debris. It does not repair broken tiles, rusted metal or leaking joints. We check the roofing and any existing paint before choosing a method. If spray painting is also agreed, we clean the roof first.
Roof cleaning methods and the work included
- Inspect the roof material, deposits, loose parts and previous coatings before choosing the cleaning method.
- Agree the areas to be cleaned, safe access and protection of nearby surfaces. List any repairs or valley, gutter and outlet clearing separately.
- Check the agreed areas and runoff after cleaning. Further preparation may be needed before a coating can be applied.
You can provide photos you already have, but they are optional. The photo below shows cleaning in progress, rather than a finished cleaning-only result.
Cleaning, painting and inspection are different services
Booking cleaning without painting
Cleaning can be arranged on its own. We inspect the roof condition and discuss what you want to achieve before agreeing whether cleaning alone is suitable.
Agreeing an inspection separately
A cleaning job is not automatically a roof inspection. We agree the cleaning and any separate assessment before arranging the work, so you know what is included.

Surface deposits on a tiled roof
This Perth tiled roof is being cleaned, with surface deposits still visible beside the area being washed. Before cleaning your roof, we check the material, existing coating and any loose or damaged areas to choose a suitable method.
We agree the areas to be cleaned, protection of nearby surfaces and any gutter or outlet clearing before work starts. Tile repairs and painting are listed separately, so you can see what the cleaning quote includes. The photo shows work in progress.
Tell us your suburb, what needs attention and the roof material, if known. We assess the roof on site. Existing photos are optional; do not climb onto the roof or enter an unsafe roof space to take them.
