Local repairs for damaged roof areas
Broken concrete or terracotta tiles, worn metal-roof fixings and damaged flashings need different repairs. We check the affected covering, nearby joints and drainage before deciding whether a local repair is suitable. Sound adjoining material can support a focused repair; widespread deterioration needs a wider assessment. Cleaning and painting are separate jobs.

Roof inspection, written quote and repairs
- Record where and when the problem appears, then inspect the damaged area, adjoining roof materials and drainage connections, taking previous repairs into account.
- Provide a written quote listing what will be repaired or replaced, the materials, roof access, preparation and rubbish removal.
- Complete the agreed repairs and check the repaired joints and drainage. Explain any work that is not included or needs further investigation before it goes ahead.
Any warranty terms must be confirmed in writing for the particular scope.

Our written roof repair quote identifies the components and materials, preparation, rubbish removal and access arrangements included. We explain exclusions and any further investigation before you approve the work.
Local repairs or more extensive work
An isolated fault may suit a local repair when nearby roofing is sound. If deterioration is widespread, we inspect the wider area and explain the repair and restoration options before quoting.
