We replace roofs across Perth. We inspect the existing roof, explain whether it needs replacing and provide a written quote covering removal, materials and installation.
Local repairs or a replacement roof
Replacing a few damaged sheets may be enough if the surrounding roof is still in good condition. If damage or deterioration is widespread, replacing the roof may be more practical. We check the roof before recommending either option, rather than relying on its age or appearance.
Agreeing the roof replacement work
- Inspect the roof and explain which areas need replacing and which can stay.
- Agree the roofing materials, flashings and drainage connections, along with safe roof access, removal of the old roofing and rubbish removal.
- Check the work against the agreed quote. If we find damage that was hidden before removal, we explain it and agree any extra work with you before proceeding.
If we suspect asbestos, it must be identified and dealt with by an appropriate specialist. The photos below show work in progress, not the finished roof.

We list the areas, materials, flashings, drainage connections, access and rubbish removal in the quote so you can compare the actual work.
